If you want to give yourself a gorgeous blowout but you either don’t like using a blow dryer or you aren’t great with the tool (don’t worry, we’ve all been there), then this tutorial is for you! Read on or watch the video below...
Step One: Protect
When it comes to using hot tools, nothing is more important than protecting your strands. Try Kenra's Thermal Styling Spray 19 which is clinically proven to reduce hair breakage by 87%.
Step Two: Curl
On dry hair. Start at your ears, and section off the top part of your hair. Take a curling iron with a large barrel and begin curling your hair away from your face. When you finish curling one section of your hair, wrap it around three of your fingers and pin it against your scalp. Try DevaCurl's Spray Gel. This will allow the curl to cool causing them to set and last longer. It also keeps it out of your way. Go through both the top and bottom sections of your hair, then allow them to rest for about ten minutes.
Step Three: Adjust
Once you’ve allowed your curls to sit, gently release them one at a time. Move your hair around with your fingers, making any adjustments you feel are necessary. Finish it all off with some hairspray like DevaCurl's Flexible-Hold Hair Spray and you’re done!
