11 Great Beauty Uses for Lemons

There are plenty of ways to use lemons for beauty. They are an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants that can help give your body a healthier appearance from your lips to your nails. Read on to learn how you can utilize this amazing fruit.

1. Detoxifier

Add a bit of lemon juice to your water. This will balance your pH levels, improve your digestive function, promote healing, and more.

2. Acne Remedy

Wash your face. Mix a bit of lemon juice and honey and apply it to your skin. Let it sit for about fifteen minutes, then rinse.

3. Deodorizer

Low on deodorant? If you have a lemon lying around, you’re in luck! Lemon juice is great not only for battling B.O., but also for lightening dark underarms. Just rub some on and allow it to dry.

4. Kissable Lips

Before bed, apply juice to your lips. Rinse them the next morning. This will eliminate dead skin cells to give you wonderfully soft and smooth lips.
