- Face Mask.
Avocados can work wonders for your skin, and can even help fight acne (especially when mixed with other anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial ingredients)! Try blending half of an avocado with one teaspoon of raw honey, and mix in a bit of yogurt to help fight bacteria. Allow this mixture to rest on your face for about fifteen minutes, then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
- Scalp Revitalizer.
Mash up an avocado and blend it together with olive oil, working the contents into your scalp. The proteins and amino acids from the fruit will help nourish and heal your scalp, eliminating dryness and itchiness, while the olive oil provides extra hydration.
